Questions we hear all the time
How thick of a slab can you break?
Our hydraulic breakers handle anything up to about 12 inches of conventional concrete. Post-tensioned slabs and heavily reinforced industrial pours we tackle with a combination of saw-cutting and a larger excavator-mounted hammer — just let us know what you've got.
Can you remove concrete from my backyard if there's no truck access?
Yes. We bring a skid-steer with a breaker attachment that fits through standard gates (about 42 inches), bust the slab into manageable chunks, and wheel it out to a dump trailer parked on the street or driveway. Backyard jobs typically take half a day longer than driveway-access work.
Will the concrete be recycled?
About 95% of the concrete we haul goes to a regional crushing facility where it's processed into 1-1/2" road base. It's one of the most recycled materials in construction and one of the reasons our pricing stays competitive — we get a tipping discount versus landfill.
Do you fix sprinkler lines or fence damage from removal?
We mark and protect what we see, and we'll walk the area with you before we start. If a buried sprinkler line is right under the slab and gets cut, we patch it with a coupling. Significant irrigation or low-voltage repairs are typically homeowner / landscape-contractor scope.
Can you pour new concrete after demo?
We're a demolition specialist, not a concrete contractor. We work alongside several DFW pour crews we trust and can recommend one if you don't already have one lined up.
