Dallas Demolition Group was founded in 2008 by Ray Hollings, a third-generation excavator operator who got tired of watching demolition crews show up late, leave a mess and stick clients with surprise change orders. Two excavators and a flatbed later, we're now the demolition contractor that DFW's best general contractors, custom-home builders and property owners call first.

We bid jobs in writing, line-item, no asterisks. If scope changes mid-job, we tell you before we do the work — never after.

A demolition is finished when the next trade can mobilize without re-doing your work. We grade the pad. We sweep the driveway. We don't leave a single rebar tail sticking up.

Recycle what we can.
Steel, copper, aluminum, HVAC, intact appliances, cabinets to ReStore, concrete to crushing. Roughly 70–80% of what we tear down doesn't see a landfill.
